Know what moves us
Our Values
Below you can see what led us to create Taquión, its evolution and our plans for the future.

Awareness Campaign
We were not satisfied with just creating Taquión, we also carried out various awareness campaigns .
· Social media campaign: We have created various videos on our social media to raise awareness among young people (the majority of the public on social media).
· Campaign in our educational center: The campaign in our educational center has been divided into two parts:
Tree planting day: Several students had the opportunity to go to the Serra d'Irta to carry out a tree planting day. During this day, they managed to plant various types of trees, which helped to rebuild part of the same.
Awareness talks: Together with the Department of Biology, we organize multiple talks to raise awareness among future generations in this specialty.

Vision
Once the problem was posed, we looked for a way to solve it , until we found the answer: what if trees could communicate with each other and alert us when a fire starts?
It sounds strange, right? Well, no, because now it is a reality.
There has been a lot of work behind Taquión to make it what it is today . Tachyon went through various faces until it is what it is today, it even changed its name, but all for the common good, to make this world a better place.
We hope to continue evolving, and that Taquión can reach all corners of the world.

Mission
The mission has always been clear from the beginning: To create something to improve the lives of our future generations .
From the beginning, we realized a huge problem that is affecting the entire world , and that will only increase until it consumes everything we know today.
Yes, you guessed it, forest fires . Forest fires are the cause of the loss of several animal species and what has led to thousands and thousands of people losing everything .
We are O² , Nahuel, Adrián, and Andrés, a group of young entrepreneurs from the IES Joan Coromines who have solved the major problem of forest fires and communications in areas without coverage such as large forest areas in a very economical, efficient, and sustainable way.
